At Cabinet Expo, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. To make your purchase as convenient as possible, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all bathroom vanities to the contiguous United States.
Free Shipping
- Eligible Areas: We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
- Shipping Carriers: Depending on the size and weight of the item, we partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery, including standard freight or parcel delivery services.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
- We currently do not offer free shipping outside of the contiguous United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, please contact our customer service team at hello@cabinetexpo.com to receive a shipping quote before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Custom or Special Orders: If you are ordering a custom or special-order vanity, please allow for additional processing time. We will provide estimated shipping dates during the checkout process.
Delivery Processing
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days after they are processed.
- If you live in a remote area, additional time may be required for delivery. Please contact us if you need a more accurate delivery estimate.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside. This means the delivery driver will bring the item to the nearest curb or driveway but will not carry it inside your home.
- Appointment Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is important to provide accurate contact information to avoid delays.
Cancellations
- If an order is canceled before shipment, delivery, or pick-up, payment will be refunded in full. Payment for cancellations will be made to the original purchaser and credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Cancellations received after shipping, delivery, or pick-up are treated as returns – see the returns section for details.
Other Important Notices
- Large bathroom vanities (60”) may be delivered via a freight carrier.
- Inspect Your Vanity: Please inspect your bathroom vanity upon delivery for any visible damage. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately at hello@cabinetexpo.com.
- While we strive to deliver your vanity on time, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen factors. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and do our best to ensure timely delivery.
- We are unable to ship large vanities to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your vanity’s journey to your home. If you have any issues with tracking or delivery, feel free to contact us for assistance.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
- If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. (Additional shipping charges may apply).
