Refund and Returns Policy
At Cabinet Expo, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bathroom vanity, we offer a flexible refund and return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
- You can return your bathroom vanity within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, unpacked, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Vanities that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for returns.
- Custom-made or special-order vanities, vanities that are marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
- Please inspect your vanity upon delivery. If you notice any damage, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in the denial of your return request.
- Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund. A customer will receive a store credit for the returning merchandise, excluding the shipping fee, and can be used to purchase another item.
- If the vanity arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Restocking Fees
- A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective items returned for reasons other than damage or defect. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned vanity, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Any product that is marked as clearance or final sale on the product listing, invoice, or quote are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective and damaged upon arrival.
6. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your vanity for a different style or size, provided the original item is unopened and in resellable condition. Shipping costs, price differences and re-stocking fee of 15% will apply.
