Refund and Returns Policy

At Cabinet Expo, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition: unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Installed, altered, or custom-made/special-order vanities are not eligible for returns, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable except for damage or defect.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your vanity immediately upon delivery.
Any damage must be reported to hello@cabinetexpo.com within 48 hours of receipt.
If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement.
Refunds are not issued for damaged items, but store credit will be provided (excluding shipping fees).
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for proof of return.
4. Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
This fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if the original item is unopened and in resellable condition.
Shipping costs, price differences, and a 15% restocking fee apply.
