Shipping Policy

Cabinet Expo is committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. We offer FREE shipping on all bathroom vanities within the contiguous United States.
1. Free Shipping Eligibility
Applies to orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
Orders are shipped via reliable freight or parcel carriers.
2. Orders Outside the Contiguous U.S.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories is not free.
Please contact us at hello@cabinetexpo.com for a custom shipping quote before placing an order.
3. Order Processing
Orders typically process within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Custom or special orders may require additional processing time.
4. Delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
Freight deliveries are curbside only (driver will not bring items inside your home).
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Accurate contact information is required to avoid delays.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspect your vanity at delivery.
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately at hello@cabinetexpo.com.
6. Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment will be fully refunded.
Orders canceled after shipping are treated as returns (see Refund Policy).
7. Important Notices
Large vanities (60”) are shipped via freight.
We cannot ship large vanities to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.
Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, supply chain, or carrier issues — we will notify you if delays are significant.
Undeliverable packages returned to us may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
