Refund and Returns Policy

At Cabinet Expo, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bathroom vanity, we offer a flexible refund and return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You can return your bathroom vanity within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for vanities that have been installed, used, or altered.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or special-order vanities are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your vanity upon delivery. If you notice any damage, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in the denial of your return request.
  • Damage claims cannot be filed after 5 days, so please inspect and report within this window.
  • Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund. We will replace damaged items or parts.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email several pictures of the damaged merchandise and a description of the reason for the return to hello@cabinetexpo.com.
  • Please include close-ups and wide shots of the damage and photograph the box and shipping label, as well.
  • In your message, please note your order number and contact information. A prepaid UPS label will be prepared and emailed to you upon approval.
  • After you have filed a claim with our team, we will strive to respond within a single business day. From time to time it may take a little longer. We may ask for additional media, such as, but not limited to, a video or additional photos to help us make a damage claim with our manufacturer/shipping partner.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your vanity arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement but not a refund.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Restocking Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items returned for reasons other than damage or defect. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned vanity, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Non-refundable: any product that is marked as clearance or final sale on the product listing, invoice, or quote is not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective and damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to swap your vanity for a different style or size, provided the original item is unopened and in resellable condition. Shipping costs, price differences, and a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply.
